Viewing and printing a piece(.PDF)

From the home page, you will have the ability to view and print your most recently saved pieces, and you can view or print any of your saved pieces through your personal user library section.

Step 1:

Locate the piece you would like to edit.

Step 2:

In the far right hand side of the table, find the column titled "Actions".

Step 3:

Click on the drop-down arrow to reveal your options.

Step 4:

Select "View/Print Proof", which is a low-resolution PDF or "View/Print High-Res", which is a high-resolution PDF and click "Go".

Step 5:

Your piece will open in Adobe Reader.

NOTE: If your piece does not open automatically in Adobe reader or you get the error (There was an error opening this file. This file cannot be found), than you must first choose to save the .PDF to your desktop before opening.

Step 6:

Select "File", and then from here you can choose to print directly from your desktop printer.
